Quan and Josh are the best maintenance guys that I have ever dealt with. Very professional and always on time.
I have lived here for 5 years & am very pleased with living in an apartment after owning a home for 40+ years & all that goes with that. So glad not to have to worry about repairs, lawn maintenance, snow removal, etc. They are right on top of it. The office staff is friendly & professional. Kudos to Caitlyn & her staff!
Lived there 3 years ago and had the worst experience with management. I had a noisy neighbor who lived downstairs and would scream and play music every day at 11pm to 5 am. I went to talk to the neighbor multiple times and he would just laugh at me. When I brought up my complaint to management they told me that it’s not their problem.
Recently maintenance men, Doug‘Quan and Josh came to my place to fix a very old broken-down toilet. As I opened the door for them, I was greeted with big smiles and very friendly greetings. They let me know that they were happy to see me and ready to help me out. I immediately offered them each plastic booties to put over their work boots for sanitary reasons. Kentwood is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Everyone from the management to maintenance are very friendly and helpful. I appreciate everything.
