Apartments are nice and I love living here. My girlfriend is in a wheelchair and we need improvements done to make the apartment safe but nobody responds for maintenance requests and that’s a pretty significant issue if you need to live here. If they responded to my calls or emails at all in the last month I’d give a better review.
Quan and Josh are the best maintenance guys that I have ever dealt with. Very professional and always on time. However, the people in the office are rude and not very helpful. I was told by other residents that if you complain or call too much they put you on the bottom of the list for things to get done.
