Everything is so close that you can walk to
Well I as well as other neighbors have called tye office, and property management about the person in our courtyard that is illegally renting from the person who moved out..he has changed the locks, built a room in the living room, and is a creep. . There are so many children in our courtyard, I dont feel safe. When several of us have called to follow up we we're told, its being looked into.... that was 2 weeks ago... Guess its time to call Brick township code enforcement.
The maintenance team is wonderful! I had no heat the weekend temps were below 0, they came out to try to fix it. They really work hard.
