Lived there 3 years ago and had the worst experience with management. I had a noisy neighbor who lived downstairs and would scream and play music every day at 11pm to 5 am. I went to talk to the neighbor multiple times and he would just laugh at me. When I brought up my complaint to management they told me that it’s not their problem.
Recently maintenance men, Doug‘Quan and Josh came to my place to fix a very old broken-down toilet. As I opened the door for them, I was greeted with big smiles and very friendly greetings. They let me know that they were happy to see me and ready to help me out. I immediately offered them each plastic booties to put over their work boots for sanitary reasons. Kentwood is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Everyone from the management to maintenance are very friendly and helpful. I appreciate everything.
Every fall or winter the hot water GOES OFF it's already started and will continue it's happened 2 times already in 4 days wake up morning to take a shower so you can go to work NO HOT WATER COME HOME TO TAKE A SHOWER NO HOT WATER SOME MANTIENCE MEN ARE VERY INCOMPETENT GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE
I love my apartment. I have great neighbors. And it’s quiet here. Very happy living in this complex
