The maintenance team is wonderful! I had no heat the weekend temps were below 0, they came out to try to fix it. They really work hard.

CAUTION STAY AWAY WORST PLACE EVER!!!! I’ve lived here for five years and ever since I’ve moved in early of 2019 the HEAT has been a MAJOR problem. In my building (19) and they replaced the Boiler two years ago with a brand new one and last winter I lost heat for at least 30 days during the winter they wait to turn on the heat until the beginning of November is what I was told cause they wait until the temperature is below 50 degrees this time of year I was also told that this is there start up time and they need to replace ... read more
Overall the complex is overpriced for what you get. The apartment I had was pretty bad for $1,700 a month. But honestly you really don't have much to choose from in Ocean County. I would only recommend Kentwood Village if you are looking to stay for a short time, maybe a year. The complex itself is very beat up, and really needs an update. One positive was maintenance was pretty responsive and they seemed to at least try. Apartment just felt dirty no matter how much I cleaned it.
