It bums me out to give a poor review here, but definitely necessary after the disrespect that we encountered after 4+ years of trust and loyalty to Kentwood Veterinary Clinic. Our first few years seeing Dr. Zylstra with our sweet, playful Chocolate Lab were great. Dr. Zylstra is great at what he does. The people here are very knowledgeable and caring. They take excellent care of our Penny Lane and treat us so well also. We love Dr. Zylstra! Thanks for being so good to us Kentwood Veterinary Clinic!
