Oct 2023: Overall a great experience so far. I was previously using Music Mountain and was struggling with late/no show deliveries. I switched to Kentwood and have been really impressed. They have an app where I can manage my account with them, my past 4 orders arrived on time and as expected, and customer service seems nice. Update Mar 2024: Cannot recommend them highly enough. I have been on hold for an hour and a half...their customer service his horrible!!!
