horrible customer service, the chat from the app doesn’t work, language barrier when you call the support line but bottom line 4 months straight issues with fulfillment, we have 2 water coolers but allocated 4 bottles back to back months they send a text saying put your bottles out with a no show and a date on the app that’s 3 weeks away. ZERO water with no phone call for alternatives. what’s your plan B when you cannot provide the product and service we pay for?

Andrew Mitchell has been our route delivery person for awhile now & does an excellent job. Recently, we closed our annex location & I could not get anyone to call me back to remove the filtered water machine. We were on a time schedule and had to get everything out. While Andrew was out removing the coffee machine, he was able to get in touch with management and remove the water machine, too. Andrew is always punctual, polite, professional and friendly. Definitely an asset to Kentwood Springs!
