Very refreshing and delivered on time
horrible customer service, the chat from the app doesn’t work, language barrier when you call the support line but bottom line 4 months straight issues with fulfillment, we have 2 water coolers but allocated 4 bottles back to back months they send a text saying put your bottles out with a no show and a date on the app that’s 3 weeks away. ZERO water with no phone call for alternatives. what’s your plan B when you cannot provide the product and service we pay for?
Is there anyone answering phones? I'm trying to set up service and have been on hold for several minutes.
