They cant keep up with products or deliveries. Unfortunately they have cornered the market so you have to deal with their terrible customer service and inability to stock products

Great tasting water with the friendliest staff ever !!
Been with a national company for 10+ years. Sales Rep. from Kentwood came, showed their product and prices and knew what she was talking about. The product was $20.00 per box less and the coffee was much better that the other company. Service has been very professional and on time. Only leaves what we ask for. Great customer service.
