We moved from out of state and knew we needed a new storage unit close to our new home, so with a little driving around and Google searching we came across Kentwood Self Storage. The manager/owner was such a delight to email with back and forth because he made the process painless. Great customer service from John the Manager. Quick and easy to get in when I first moved to the area and even easier to turn the unit in when it was time to leave. No games or weird clauses in the contract. Price was very reasonable. Overall a great experience.
