Review for Sarah Tyler: We moved during the holidays and on a time crunch. Sarah was on it from day one despite us still being out of state. She set up showings for the houses we wanted to see within 24hrs and showed us as many as she could via Facetime. Not only was she quick and responsive but she was also very patient and personable. We are very picky and she made what mattered to us matter to her as well. I would recommend Sarah to anyone, you'd be lucky to work with her.
My wife and I recently worked directly with Hannah Miller to buy a home and we were very happy with her work ethic, honesty, kindness, and drive to protect her clients. Hannah Miller was quite the experience. I have bought and sold 6 homes and never dealt with a more difficult and unrealistic relator in my life. Expectations and deadlines that are not reasonable. Unprofessional to say the least.
My experience with Sarah started off smoothly, and everything went as expected through the purchase closing. However, after closing we found that the home inspection company recommended by Sarah as part of the transaction had made a major oversight. Half of the trusses supporting the roof were coming apart (see photos). This was missed in the home inspection. Working with Sarah was the best experience I have ever had with a realtor and I’ve had MANY REALTORS. We have moved 7 times and dealt with many different realtors. Sarah from the start appraised my house and did a thorough comparative evaluation. She priced it at a fair and reasonable price. Her talent for knowing WHEN to list it was spot on.
