Well the other reviews are not lying. I moved in and had to tell them that the back wall of my garage had big holes in it and another wall just was missing. They fixed the missing wall but not the back wall. Fast forward to a storm ripping the back wall of my garage open then someone taking my expensive ebike. The management has now told me they don’t replace stolen property… when it’s their fault it could be stolen in the first place. scheduled a tour with them and they said they could give me a tour today at 4:15. I showed up 15 minutes early and the door to the office was locked and no one was there. stood around for 15 minutes - still nothing.
This is the worst property management ever. Kentwood is horrible and Goldmark is extremely horrible, I came home from work and found out that the heater in the apartment was leaking a lot of water. Call Goldmark at 12:00am and they sent someone over to shut off the heater valve to stop the water from leaking. After that they brought some machines to dry the water under the carpet.
