This is the worst property management ever. Kentwood is horrible and Goldmark is extremely horrible, I came home from work and found out that the heater in the apartment was leaking a lot of water. Call Goldmark at 12:00am and they sent someone over to shut off the heater valve to stop the water from leaking. After that they brought some machines to dry the water under the carpet. Goldmark management sucks. Don’t waste your money getting an apartment through them.
Horrible Horrible place to live at. Kent wood lied to me and willingly let me take an apartment that was right below and across from bed bug infested apartments. There have been people dealing with them for over a year. They made me feel like i was the one who brought them. I haven’t lived here comfortably at the rose gates apartments for the whole time i’ve been moved in. They sprayed twice and the people who sprayed did a horrible job didn’t even spray everywhere.
