The Kentwood team during this newest rental experience has met and surpassed my expectations. Liz is such a delight to work with. I would return as a renter because of her, shes very good at what she does, besides being an awesome person. The team is responsive, caring and kind. A new addition to the team, Noah, is very kind and professional. Goldmark is lucky to have him. Thank you Goldmark, you have definitely won us back.
This place is the worst place to rent from. I've dealt with bedbugs and they tried to say it was my mom's fault to them not contacting you for final move out payments. I will be telling everyone how bad the management is. They don't even let people know of changes
