I've never felt more ignored and overlooked. I gave a TON of information to the nurse, and when the doctor walked in it was as if she didn't even look over ANY of it. She didn't seem interested in hearing out my concerns before making a snap diagnosis, leaving the room, and saying to her colleagues "it's >insert diagnosis here"<, easy". She ran a test for something that (upon looking into it myself) doesn't even closely resemble my symptoms, failed to send in my second prescription to the pharmacy, and gave me zero insight i... read more
Melissa LeMaster is HORRIBLE. She leaves you waiting for an average of 40 minutes each visit after having BP and weight taken by rude staff. Doesn't care about you and orders unnecessary tests. Don't waste your money or your time - she obviously doesn't respect your time. Horrible bed side manner.
If I could give zero STARS I would but don’t have that option!!!...Melissa Lamaster is mine & my mother’s Doctor.. we have called numerous times trying to get her to call us back “never called” & it landed my mother in the immediate care room & thank god she went or she could’ve died!!.. Melissa obviously doesn’t care about her patients what kinda doctor doesn’t call back?. I’m so very disappointed & I think we will be finding new doctor who actually CARE!!
