Professional, efficient, friendly!
I'm always greeted with a smile and total concern for what ever reason I am there. I appreciate feeling like family to this office and will continue to have them as my primary doctor.
After checking in, with NO other patients in the room, I was told it was only 9:55, ten minutes after my scheduled appointment, and that I shouldn't mind waiting for three other people to go back, and shouldn't care that they were after me. I was treated rudely and like I was just a problem. They also allowed two more to go before me after I was told I was next. Wouldn't recommend, terrible service. Rude people. I can't see anything improving in the future.
