The cafeteria needs a lot of work. People just don't go their to eat. The people that eat their have love ones in the hospital, and are really not in the mood to wait in line at the grill for 25 min and then wait to check out. My mother in law has been in the transplant ICU for almost 32 days, and we have been up their 30 of those days. Eating both lunch and dinner at this hospital is not a pleasant experience. Lately we have been going across the street to Norton and it is much better.

The ER is lacking in cleanliness. Please do train your nurses on how to put an IV in. Getting stuck 4 times kinda sucks.

I was at the Rudd Heart and Lung Center. The office personnel were friendly and knowledgeable. However, the waiting time between check in and seeing the Dr. was a bit long.
