A nightmare to try to get an answer on that phone.
The staff was nice but it’s been 3 days and I still have not got results from X-rays , and I fell and can’t breathe well and the pain is horrible but my Dr can’t get the results from my X-rays because their medical record department sucks and don’t do their jobs
My daughter needed two MRIs, one for each leg. After the order was placed, I was contacted by the scheduling department, which appears to be outsourced. The same representative called me multiple times and rescheduled the appointment twice. It was off-putting to speak with someone located in another country who was not directly employed by the hospital.
