A nightmare to try to get an answer on that phone.
The staff was nice but it’s been 3 days and I still have not got results from X-rays , and I fell and can’t breathe well and the pain is horrible but my Dr can’t get the results from my X-rays because their medical record department sucks and don’t do their jobs
My daughter needed two MRIs, one for each leg. After the order was placed, I was contacted by the scheduling department, which appears to be outsourced. The same representative called me multiple times and rescheduled the appointment twice. It was off-putting to speak with someone located in another country who was not directly employed by the hospital. It took me 15 days to get an MRI after my injury. I saw two doctors and neither did a physical exam of my knee. Scheduling the MRI was going to be delayed but I circumvented it by calling central scheduling. I was out in 15 minutes but received no medical care.
Registration clerk is the rudest! Do not recommend at all!
