Cut utilities on THEIR error and won’t turn back on for 5 HOURS with a baby in the cold house
Have been hung up on twice after sitting on hold for 30 mins both times.
Terrible customer service. After calling repeatedly, someone decided to answer the phone and then put me on hold. So here I sit on hold for 15 minutes and still counting. Pitiful.
