Had service activated and was told that I couldn’t have my electric turned on until Monday ( I activated service Friday morning) and that it was up to the managers discretion to have it turned on the same day and that she wouldn’t do it. I informed her that I had multiple animals and an elderly person in my home and that it was almost 95 degrees in there and she just said sorry and that was it. Crazy how they can refuse to turn it on for 3 days, even if you pay and it drops below 20 outside.
