Staff is always good wit my kids and friendly over all to me I love this place
I was here on Friday and usually, I have a fine experience here, but the customer service at checkout needs major improvement. The cashier with faded red hair was on her phone the whole time I was checking out. No greeting, no eye contact, just staring at her screen. Basic customer service goes a long way, and this felt incredibly disrespectful to my time
Haleigh is one of the kindest ones there. Every time I and my children come visit she is there. She is very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. Even when she is swamped she is the first one to greet and say hello.
Haleigh was great. she was very personable & efficient. she put a smile on my face even when i was feeling puny. the nurse on the other hand made me feel unheard. i told her my symptoms & she diagnosed me with an upper respiratory infection & didn’t prescribe me anything to kill the infection. just flonase & i was vocal that i didn’t like that stuff.
I just WILL NOT be back to this office dark hair Haley is so rude and it was not even to me I just happen to be checking in at the same minute this other lady was I felt so awful for her. I often crack jokes and laugh with the girls in that office but it is just not the same I was not going to make a fuss I heard her tell a nother lady one time to leave a good review so I decide to say something yes I had going there for years my experiences my other review I took down was good
