RecommendedI’ve lived in Amberton Luxury Townhomes for almost 5 years now, and I have to say the manager Sholanda, that we have now is AWESOME! She gets it done and keeps it moving!! Along with the rest of the rental staff and who could forget about the amazing Maintenence department- Missy,Darren and Stuart are top notch!!! A big shout out and thank you to you all of you for making this a wonderful place to live!!!

Provide adequate parking. There is not enough parking and will tow your car if you have more than 2 cars. Guest parking is consistently full with cars that don't move. Parked on the curb for less than 12 hours to move in the early morning and car was gone. They don't care if you have a name on the lease or not. Called cooperate to discuss the matter they told us to call the office when there is no parking and ask them where to park However the office is only open from 10AM-6PM. place is a shithole , used to be a great community now it's a free for all , no rules , terrible customer service in the office
RecommendedResident at Amberton for 14 months and nothing but good experiences so far. Maintenance staff is professional and friendly. My Air Conditioning unit broke on a Friday afternoon and they immediately brought portable air conditioning units for us to use. By noon Monday, a new unit was installed and working. Thanks
RecommendedWe just moved into Amberton 3 weeks ago but have been overly impressed so far! The office and maintenance staff are always very friendly, responsive, and helpful. The townhomes and grounds are kept up very well. We feel completely safe, comfortable, and at home here!
RecommendedIt’s my first time moving in my own apartment with some friends. First off having 3 roommate included me, Rent isn’t really that expensive. It only been 3 months so far and I’m having nothin but positive experience with everyone here. It’s a very quiet community. They keep the community clean and everybody here is friendly/dog friendly. RecommendedOver the past almost 5 years we have lived here it has been nothing but a positive experience. The staff of the new management company have gone above and beyond to make improvements. John and Shalonda are very courteous. Missy and the maintenance staff are quick and efficient to answer the requests.
