too much crime here. drugs everywhere. apartments get broken into.
I lived there on and off for 4 years and had no problems. Fairly priced apartments with parking. It's downtown so you have the normal problems with downtown living. Homeless. And rude people. But the building was nice and a great location.
Great Building. Best location and everybody is so friendly.
Horrible management; won't call you back when you need anything. Maintenance enters your apt without consent and dirties the place up. Staff doesn't clean common areas. Roaches all over. Most residents don't care either. One lady with a kid routinely throws diapers out the window- several times ending up in the pool. Vandalism all over the place. Very cheap place to live; you get what you pay for. I love Helen though. It seems she's the only employee that cares.
