Dr. Sara Kendall told me i needed 2 root canals on my front teeth and referred me to dentists that didnt take my insurance and told me it was my only option. She was very rude, judgemental and kept telling me about how "bad" my teeth were until I cried. Told me id lose my teeth by the time I was 30(4 years) if I didn't quit drinking pop. Asked me why I hadn't been to the dentist in over a year. Save your time and go somewhere that will treat you like a human. Ive never been made to feel as bad as Dr. Sara Kendall made me feel today. After berating me about my teeth until I cried, she then referred me to two dentists that didn't take my insurance and told me that was my only option. I truly feel that the care I received today wasn't to help me, but to get me out of her chair and onto her next patient. Im happy to no longer be a patient here.
Dr Sarah has the patience of a saint , when our kiddos first started out with her they had so much dentist anxiety from previous bad experiences that making the trip to the dentist was horrible, she has been able to take that and turn it around so that they are much more comfortable coming to the dentist and able to help them overcome the fear of teeth work needing done!
