IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. i have been calling for OVER A WEEK trying to talk to someone about some paperwork. all i get is an automated voice telling me “no one is available to take my call” that immediately ends the call after. ridiculous.

I would give a negative if I could, I took my son for testing on July 18th and as oof October 24th it is still not done I have called every Friday almost and left my number and not got one single call back, she only spent 20-25 mins with my child for this testing so I’m wondering how accurate this testing can actually be. Do your self a favor and find another facility this one is a joke!
