No regard for residents in our community. Damage to my exterior from Aphix lawn company & they refuse to intervene on our behalf. We only have 74,000 in reserves. No up to date budget still waiting on CPA's review from 2024. Allowed HOA to give us inaccurate records of the current budget. Poor over sight from this company. Don't allow them to ruin your community. Beware!! Also allowed a violent dog to attack my pet with no recourse taken from HOA or them. Terrible company.
Kentucky Realty has managed our association for several years. We are very pleased with their professionalism, attention to our property maintenance, and their advice and guidance of our governing affairs. Without hesitation, I highly recommend them.
