The worst company I have ever had to deal with. Shaun has never once answered the phone and conveniently always has just stepped into a meeting. It took letting them know I would be getting a lawyer involved so I could get a response from Shaun to get the owner to call me and ask me to take my review down. Been waiting since November to get my damaged paint/drywall repaired due to a roof leak. Nothing but condescending remarks and empty promises that "someone will call you to set up repair appt." Keeping every email as evidence in case I need to seek legal action. Unprofessionalism at it's best.
I have been asked in the past to modify my negative comments about my HOA. I can't do that anymore. I've tried to understand their point of view but cannot get the same in return as a homeowner at Bashford Place Condos. Painting outside started late last week/early this week. No notice. My outdoor ornaments were trampled. My memory stone for a friend who passed away was damaged beyond being able to read it anymore. Small things that add up. I am incredibly disappointed by this company. Their lack of ability to communicate, respond timely, and delegate appropriately is astounding. I wish I would have known what I was signing up for when I bought my condo. I absolutely love everything about the place I live-the people, the location, yet I have considered moving countless times specifically due to this management company.
