Terrible place. Very rude staff. They are hardly ever open. They don’t return calls. My son was in extreme pain one afternoon and they basically said it would be 10 days before they could see him.. whaaat? Ended up having to take him to UK. Keep scrolling.
I wish the business hours were updated because the Richmond office is only open ONCE a month which is Tuesday but it says on their website that they open from Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm. I was supposed to have my aligners on May but the available date was ONLY Tuesday in my closest area. Now I cannot receive my aligners until the end of June.
