I am new to this area; been here a little over a year! I absolutely feel that this office is one of the most professional,caring and down to earth medical facilities I have been, too! Adam has been both professional and personable and very informative and I will definitely recommend them to others and already have. The staff are very friendly but I don’t like my doctor, she comes in my room and stays no more than five minutes each time. I don’t get to address my concerns with her

There is a receptionist in rheumatology that sounds like an older lady. If you have ever had to deal with her you know who I am talking about and know the moment your call goes to her it will go nowhere and nothing will be accomplished. This receptionist has no business working in a customer service position in my opinion. I am about to the point of asking for another employee every time I call and get her or calling back.

Rheumatology receptionist failed to call and tell me they'd moved buildings. I was 5 minutes late so she made checked me in as a walk in and I did not get to see my doctor. Someone else coming in late for the same reason went in before me. They failed to tell me my doctor still is on leave. 0/5 do not recommend. Go to Pikeville, you'll be in and out.
