RecommendedAfter dealing with another glass place on 18th St for 15 days trying to get someone out here to measure my window so I can get it ordered, I called Ky Mirror and glass and got someone out here the same day !!! It’s crazy that you have to wait 15 days for someone to come help you after multiple calls on person cell and business, texts, emails etc. Thank goodness there is another reliable place in town !!! Thanks Josh and Gabriel !!! And thank you to the lady that took my call and seen I was in distress!!!
did not follow up with us, left us hanging when we needed a door asap, kept saying, he'll call us back, he never did, bad business
They just installed our shower doors in our guest bath. We had a tub to shower conversion and it is beautiful. The installers were very professional and courteous. They did not leave until the job was completed and perfect. They explained how to care for the doors, including all maintenance. Louie and I would recommend this awesome team to anyone looking for shower doors and installation.
Very frustrated with my experience. No quote ever sent, no calls ever returned. Sloppy workmanship...never again...
The service was terrible. Dropped glass off 1/30/17. Left number and pre paid for it. On 2/23/17 picked up glass. Asked about phone call and woman up front acted like she didn't hear me. She went and got my glass and hurried me along. Terrible service and I won't be back. I felt like I was a bother to them because I was a small customer
Tried selling me a $15 piece of flat Lexan for $106 as a cheap fix for an expensive heirloom that required curved glass. Threw away the template that I gave them without asking me. Owner did not respond to letter I sent to complain. Extremely bad expreience, making my situation worse by throwing away the template.
Thanks to Kentucky Mirror and Plate Glass and Rick Morris for cutting down a mirror that was 48 years old. Perfect job! Thank you!
