Ky Marble & Granite were the installers my builder, Ball Homes contracted with to provide and install the granite countertops i my new home during construction. The granite on the island in my 6 month old home had developed a crack - the builder insisted it was a fissure and is normal, but it wasn't there at closing and had developed into enough of a crack that running your fingernail over it, it would catch in it. Im going to preface this by acknowledging that part of the issue is the responsibility of my home builder, but because Ball homes is pointing fingers at Kentucky Marble because they did the install, and Kentucky Marble is pointing back at Ball because of cabinet issues, I am making a review here. They came to measure my countertops two times. Waited 4 weeks to tell me that the material I wanted didn’t work on my cabinets and couldn’t install them. Also so hard to contact them. Don’t use them, Don’t go to Lowe’s to get countertops

I purchased a countertop through Lowes that was fulfilled through through Kentucky marble and Granite. It was installed with a big scratch. They came out and made a repair, but it was still noticeable depending on where you stand and the technician noted that in the document I signed when he made the repair. I spoke with Amanda about a discount and she directed me to Lowes. There is also a 3rd party installation service, but I have been trying since January, over 7 MONTHS to get this resolved and have still not been helped. ... read more
