We've had less than pleasant encounter with KICC staff tonight. My 5 year old came down with an ear infection during the Light Up Louisville. I was trying to take her to the bathroom at Kentucky International Convention Center to calm her down. Two, not just one employees told me there is no public bathroom. Please point me to your rules and regulations where tax payers are not allowed to use bathrooms during city-organized events. I am very disappointed in lack of assistance from your staff.
