Family events like GalaxyCon are not important Enough.
Gave away the event dates for GalaxyCon to another client who apparently will bring in wealthy people. Unprofessional.
Sold out so Galaxy Con couldn't come back. Disappointed.
In the past the staff was friendly and helpful. The higher ups that are in control of booking events, not so much. Instead of welcoming a variety of events to suit all of its potential visitors, even loyal and profitable, they are pushing them away. Shame on you KICC. I will never attend another event at this establishment again until you work things out with Galaxycon. If you're thinking of hosting an event here, just don't do it.
KICC imposed very high requirements on GalaxyCon and made it so they had to cancel this year’s convention. Thousands would have attended this convention. Attendance goes up every year but apparently its not good enough business for KICC.
bring back Galaxycon. Period.
