Dealt with these people for the last three years and it inevitably ended with us just selling the house. The customer service is horrible, everyone is rude, unhelpful, and not knowledgeable at all regarding advice, mortgage rates, payment assistance etc. We’re currently dealing with a hardship right now because in January, they decided to up our mortgage by Six HUNDRED dollars. I was not impressed.
These people do not answer the phone or return calls and are not very helpful at all they do not have the customer in mind they are just here to take your money and it’s hard for them to do that !!!!!! 10/10 do not recommend if i wasn’t a first time homebuyer i would have not gone through this place
