You have to sit and wait on hold for hour or longer.. don't answer the phones??
0 care on their end. They do not care about looking into things or understanding. They do not calculate escrow correctly at all. They will not reach back out and respond to you ever. Basically, you’re getting scammed out of money and there’s no way to correct it.
I am leaving this 5 star review for Jade Abell. I called in an absolute panic when we had an unexpected ESCROW/ insurance emergency. I was Transferred to Jade and let me tell you, the service was immaculate. I've never had a customer service experience where they were so patient and helpful. Every step of the way she was forthcoming and helped me understand what was going on. I was confused and worried but she put me at ease and helped me learn quite a lot. Thank you Jade!!
