This was the best encounter I ever had with KHC talking to Mrs Rosalinda. Good job KHC keep up the growth and good work! She’s amazing
They have been so patient with me since they have gone paperless I don't know much about computers and stuff like that and they have helped me so much and being so nice about it and polite.
Would not recommend them to anyone they are very rude and will take double payments out and make you jump through hoops to get your money back. Tried talking to a manager and she pretty much said that’s it’s my fault and I need to deal with it.

Reading these comments I am sure that I've chosen the WRONG mortgage company in the world. These are horror stories and I know they are true because I've spoken to several employees and their attitudes (whole demeanor) has been less than pleasant!! I'm gonna do any and everything to get away from this place before it ruins me as it has others......
