Experts at denying claims. A pipe burst and flooded my furnace for aprox. 15 minutes and it shorted out. The furnace will light but flashes an error and cuts off after a short while. KFB sent out an expert out who looked at it for five minutes and came back with a report that no water flooded the unit and that our propane furnace just needed a freon recharge. Filed a claim for hail damage to our roof. The adjuster took pictures from our driveway and said it was not worth the deductible. Best Choice Roofing gave us a free ins... read more
Me and my parents have used Farm Bureau our whole lives, we've never had an issue until moving to BG. Now a sink hole appeared in their back yard and NOTHING is what they are willing to do!! Worst I've ever heard of with what this company is able to do or NOT do anything is more like it! Your an insurance company I'll find my parents a better alternative to KY bowling Green Farm Bureau.
Felt very unwelcome as a Black Veteran. I can not nor will not recommend this insurance company.
