I’m updating my review to 4 stars because KFB Insurance has made an effort to reach out and try to make things right, and I do appreciate that. Their willingness to listen and follow up says a lot about their customer service. That said, the process was frustrating at first. There was a lot of back and forth, and the policies were not quoted correctly initially, which made things more difficult than they needed to be. I'm not sure what it takes to get a quote from this company but this is the 2nd agency that I supplied my information for a quote to and then no quote or call back even after reaching out via email and phone messages. I'd go somewhere else if you value your time.

Maleah Nunez is our agent and she is super awesome!! She is very sweet , kind, understanding every time we speak with her.
