We were in Versailles from out of town, helping relatives clean up after the recent floods. While there, I got something underneath my eyelid that was very painful. My husband called the office, they had an opening that day. I was able to go in and Dr. Kramer was amazing! He took time with me, and was able to remove the tiny spec that felt like a rock. Good services and consult. The big negative was the doctor and OD nurse/assistant. While they were both informative the demeanor was sullen and unfriendly. They seemed more interested in speeding through the process and seemed short when I asked questions. Very solvable issue in my opinion.
Hands down wonderful experience! I’ve had glasses and contacts for 20+ yrs, I am very familiar with the annual routine. All staff was super respectful and super friendly. Dr. Kramer was great! He was great with my son, made a connection and spoke directly to him. At my appt he Walked me through all my changes any educated me at the same time. The receptionist told me exactly what I was being charged for and there weren’t any ridiculous fees! Thank you for being so kind!!!
