The Ky state fair this year was a bust! I help a relative out in a booth and was there every day. To start the fair they scheduled a band who was in town a couple of months ago and only sold 5 or 6 thousand tickets. The new CEO has cut the staff by well over half and used temporary employees (who make more than ex-employees) and they have no loyalty to the fair like the former staff.
