Been here the past 3 days (from the UK) for the Military Show of Shows and also the Flea Market, travelled to the venue via the free shuttle bus operated by the Marriott Hotels - which is brilliant may I add ! It’s the 3rd year we have attended the SOS and I can find no fault with the Expo Center, catering is fine albeit a little steep with the pricing and other facilities are good. It doesn’t warrant all the negative reviews I have just read ! We will be back again next year, keep up the good work!
Business response:
Thanks so much Elaine. We appreciate your kind words and support. Hope to have you back again soon!

Thank you for your review!
Business response:
Thank you for your review Mike! Hope to have you back again soon.
Seats are way too small in Freedom Hall and parking is too high for the all the walking you have to do to get in
Business response:
Thank you for your review and for your suggestions!
The bathrooms are badly out dated. Sinks that you have to hold the handle to get water and two of them didn’t work at all. We literally were driving in mud yesterday trying to find parking. No attendants to stop people from going where they shouldn’t be going. Where does the money spent for parking go? Embarrassing for our community to host events with such dated and nasty facilities.
Business response:
Thank you for attending the show. Sorry to hear the facilities did not meet your expectations. We'll pass along your suggestions to the departments who handle parking and the facility.
The kids and I always have fun at the events. Parking can be a challenge but with the option of free parking it can’t be beat for the price. Most events are free
Business response:
Thank you for your review and for your continued patronage!
While I thought the National Farm Machinery Show was very good and the event overall was a good experience (part of a tour bus group) the facilities as a whole could use improvement. Outdated, restrooms needing maintenance, Freedom Hall seating is terrible! Seats so small a larger person has to get hips below armrests to sit, absolutely no leg room!
Business response:
Thank you for attending and we're glad to hear you enjoyed the show! We'll pass along your suggestions about the facility to the appropriate departments.
The Farm Machinery show was amazing and the pulls were great. Lee Greenwood was awesome. However parking was a bitch!!!!!!!! I would suggest upgrade parking and for the shuttles to run longer
National Farm Machinery Show....first time....Louisville/KEP didnt disappoint.
Business response:
Happy to hear you had a good time at the show! We hope you're able to make it back next year.
