We did not have a good experience with this group. When searching for legal help, I spoke to Kathleen at Elder Law Solutions. I explained thoroughly and with great detail our complex situation, which was not just about long term care. There was no hidden information. She said she would have to get back with me to see if Emily Monarch could conisder us as a client. She did say there was a $350 consulting fee. I would recommend Emily Monarch of Elder Law Solutions to anyone seeking estate planning or needing help applying for benefits. She treated me with respect and dignity at every point along the way.
