Billing department is horrendous. Today makes the third time I’ve had to contact them and my insurance due to billing errors. If you don’t want your concerns heard and to be talked over, Dr Alexander is the doctor for you! Literally a money gimmick and refused to listen to any concerns we had. Didn’t remove the old tube from the ear and just left it. Would not recommend this practice at all.
