I was seen three times in the summer of 2019. I switched to a new provider in September of 2019 and never heard anything else. 15 months later, in December 2020, I received a statement that I owe them $130 due to insurance issues. I was never notified of any problems during this time period, and find it to be sleazy business practice to inform someone of charges nearly a year and a half later. Save your money and go elsewhere where they actually value their clients.
