Doug First of all. My wife and I were weekly customers of Kentucky Car Wash. That was until yesterday. I drove into Ky Car Wash for my weekly wash. I was told that the rate had increased $ 2.00. I informed them, I would look elsewhere for a car wash. Last year our household spent $1246 at Ky Car Wash. This is the 2nd increase in the last 4 years. DISAPPOINTMENT I??m an avid user (was) of the Kentucky Car Wash on a regular basis. I was greatly disappointed to see that they have raised their prices ($2 on the premium wash) and continue to lack any kind of quality control on their work performance. From the customer??s perspective, the employees have an overall ??I don??t care attitude?, just push the vehicles through as fast as possible. good they really worked hard for thier money on my car. i have really never seen it shine so much. i was very please witht he job they did for me. and i plan to go back. their prices were more than a do it your self place but of course you pay for them to do it for you and their experince in this area, so in my opion you get your money worth.
