RecommendedHands down the BEST and most professional company I have had any experience with! Yesterday, my windshield randomly cracked completely across due to the extreme cold weather and nigh heat from my defroster. I called my insurance company immediately. This company is trying so very hard to rebuild after a bad experience with past management! They came and put a windshield in my truck ...thanks for a good job
called on March 12th to have my windsheild replaced, was told they would be here on the 20th. Called that morning to see what time they would be here and they told me it hadnt come in yet and they would be here on Thursday. Thursday morning I called again and was told they broke it and would have to order another one, but I had to make contact with them, they never called to tell me it had been broken! The customer service was great and they came promptly and completed the job quickly...but don't expect them to vacuum most of the broken glass out of the car. There was still a ton of glass on the seats and in the floor. I'd say 3/5.
These guys most definitely know customer service! The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very nice & very helpful! The gentleman that came & put my windshield in was also very nice & explained everything I needed to know very well. Most definitely recommend these guys & will use them again if I ever need too. I thank you guys very much for all your help & being very nice & helpful!
I called Kentucky Auto Glass today for repair quote on my SUV and will have it fixed tomorrow. Very friendly and professional. They have fair pricing and will definitely use them again.
Nick did an excellent job on my replacement windshield. He was right on time, very polite and got the job done fast and professionally. I called yesterday at 330 to file this clame and the job was complete by noon today.
