Chad did an amazing job. Explained everything in detail, Professional and courteous. Very knowledgeable, informative, and pleasant to work with. I must say that we are very impressed that Chad traveled through the Helena storm that is coming through Kentucky this morning to help me design our bathroom. While I haven't had any work done yet, I've spoken to the office manager and a couple of other employees and they project an air of professionalism I didn't find in other companies.

In October of 2020 we had a small crack in our old shower that created a mold problem. We had to have the bathroom torn apart. We decided we wanted a shower that went all the way to the ceiling and was a solid piece. We made the mistake of hiring rebath. We were sold on it by the sales woman. The shower will be made of sturdy walls that are mold resistant all that stuff. The walls have not grown mold, however don't lean on them too hard as they did not frame the shower properly. We spoke with Casey and are in the process of addressing his concerns to his satisfaction. For clarification, the wall systems are ordered based on the design and color that each client prefers. Once the walls are ordered they are cut to precise measurements onsite to guarantee the best result. Since there are hundreds of wall sizes, colors, and design options the vast majority of all wall systems are specially ordered to the client's specifications.
The Rebath team did a wonderful job with my bathroom remodel. From the initial design with Jeremiah to the install with David & Noah. From start to finish it was a great experience. I would recommend Rebath to everyone.

I had Rebath do my fullbath in 2018. I was happy with the new look. Then I had them redo my half bath in 2019. Sent a tech not qualified to lay the tile so that was a mess. I had to purchase tile again and have someone redo it from Rebath. I would like to say I like the cabinets but they send cheap faucets and commodes. Okay here is the real problem, now in 2020 a leak has been found in the first bathroom shower wall. It has caused severe damage to the bathroom sub floor and it all has to be ripped back out and new floor put... read more

Our bathroom remodel (tub to shower, floor and sink) was completed yesterday. The change is great and the workmanship is very high quality. Mike did a surpurb job of making everything look so good. Everything as promised by our salesman, Chad. The completion was within the promised timeframe. The work was completed in three days, clean-was good, and Mike and his helper were good at covering up our new hardwood floors. I would offer my recommendation to others.
