Josh just came to our house and serviced our HVAC. During which our 3 year old son woke up. My son was fascinated and asked nonstop questions. Josh was wonderful with him. He chatted with him, answered all his questions, showed him how things worked. He literally made my son’s week. He was also friendly and professional. I will definitely use this company again! Thanks Josh!
Christine was great to work with! She sent Gabriel and Nigel out to install our new furnace. They were both very good workers and Gabriel made sure to clean up the entire area when he finished. I’ll recommend KCC to everyone!
I have been on yearly maintenance program for many years, but rarely have I had a total break down... probably because of yearly preventive maintenance! But Wednesday night I did have a big system failure. I called KCC the next morning & they sent someone out to get it fixed! It needed a new part which the technician ran out to get & he came back & fixed it in the same day ! I am very pleased with the service ! All is cool again
