I now see why this company has so many one star reviews and honestly I wish google had a zero star option. I had my truck towed by kents a month ago. The first issue I experienced was when they refused my triple a tow saying it was financially beneficial for them and made me pay for my tow out of pocket. My axle had broken and I needed my truck for work so I almost felt strong armed into paying for it, sucked it up and paid. Once I was told my truck was ready for pickup my wife came by to get it.
