Was having problems with one of our slide out would not go out. Called Kent he came out. He was going to a funeral but called around to get us in to another repair place. He found us one. And he kept in contact with us until the all of the repairs were done. He really cares about his customers Wayne and Sheryl Kautz
Amazing customer service!! Returned our call even though he was on vacation. Not only did he have an alternative option to recommend, he called them and made sure they were able to fit us in that day due to the urgency of our issue. That business was also amazing to work with, and fixed our issue timely and so reasonably priced. The cherry on top is when Kent called at the end of the day to make sure we’d been taken care of.
