Chris was great and professional. He quickly identified the issue with my water heater, a problem that took other servicemen days to try to but we’re still unsuccessful. He identified and fix the issue with 2 hours. Chris is a must have contact for my property management business!

We bought our new HVAC system a year ago and have had nothing but positive experiences. Maintenance technician is friendly and professional. In this day and age, it's hard to find a company that has old-fashioned customer service. I'm so glad we went with Kents Heating & Air Conditioning for our home heating/cooling system.

Very professional, reliable, and honest !!!What else I could expect from a gas HVAC installation service contractor. Emergency Maintenance Co dispatched a very well-behaved team in front of whom I could easily put up my points and they paid close attention to all my concerns and worked accordingly. I am very happy and satisfied with their response.
