Complaint against Kent's Carpetland I purchased a carpet runner from Kent's Carpetland in Hanover on Dec. 3, 2018. The owner said the carpet would be done on Saturday Dec. 8, and he would call me to come pick it up. I didn't hear anything on Saturday, so went there on Monday Dec. 10 to pick it up. The sign said open 9-5, and I was there at 4 pm, but the store was dark, locked up. I called their phone #, and it rang and rang, no answering message or anything. I called again all day Tues. Is Kent's still open? They didn't show for an appointment, were closed on Saturday, and aren't answering the phone. Does anyone know?

Kents exceeded my expectations! They were patient whilst I chose carpeting, professional on the installation. When a problem arose ( out of their control) they fixed it immediately. Mark, Arthur, Kristien and Robert were great to work with. Thank you!
