Recommendedhad an issue with a door latch that broke. the young lady who took my appt was most helpful and the repair was made quickly and at a fair price. i can only imagine the cost of this same repair at a dealership ! Thank you...
We were told AFTER SERVICE RENDERED that their "credit card machine" was down (they actually use accounting software), had been down for a couple weeks and they didn't know when it would be working again. No signage informing customers of this anywhere. Even if they are telling the truth and not just trying to avoid fees or taxes, this is unacceptable business practice and unheard of, especially for large charges related to auto repair; credit card capability can be replaced or set up in a day. Took them 39 days to fix my car. Over charged me. Gave multiple excuses why it took so long. Actually I already gave a negative review- they must have removed it. Staff was rude. Car was still not fixed after I picked it up. Never go there. Terrible

If your paid to replace parts, replace them. Do the job you are paid to do/

Kent’s is an amazing body shop! The staff is incredible, his prices are awesome and the work is top notch! We live on a street where there’s parking only across the street and unfortunately people drive like maniacs and we get a lot of drunk drivers barreling down the street. As a result my husband’s car has been hit a couple times while parked. A few years ago with that heavy snow storm a chunk of ice fell off of our roof and hit my car. Just had my 2012 Dodge dart fixed from a deer and they did a very good job I deff will recommend them to anyone. They deff helped us out with are deductible knowing just after Christmas and a lot of people are struggling with money so they deff was a life saver and they are very nice and very explaining to the damage is done to your car what has to be done. I would never take my car to Manchester collision for they was nothing but rud
