Dr. Ross and his Amazing staff were excellent from the very beginning, they explained everything in detail and set up a treatment plan that worked with my schedule. They went Above and Beyond!!! Dr. Kenton Ross is a great detailed dentist with knowledge to back up every word. Heather Lonneman is one of their RDH and she was amazing at explaining, caring for my teeth and getting them as clean as possible without hurting me. Dr. Ross is extremely conscientious about his work. He is concerned about helping one with the best oral health possible. He has also spent many hours at the free health clinic.
Consistently brilliant, caring, and extremely reasonable. Discusses the range of procedures that might be advisable, but does not oversell those that are optional or may be delayed without harm. Available for dental emergencies. Convenient parking. And yes, the scheduler and yes, even the hygienists (ask for Heather) are upbeat and good natured, even if you are, like myself, a negligent non-flosser!
Professional staff all the way! From the moment you walk in the door you are welcomed with a greeting and a smile. They make you feel at home and welcomed. They are well knowledable in their field and treat you with kindness. I highly recomend it. I wouldn't go to any other dentist after seeing Dr. Ross and his staff. They have very high standards!!!
