I have rented from Kenton Realty Group for approximately 2 years and loved my Pilsen apartment! The landlord was always respectful of our privacy and would always ask to enter our home. A 24 hour notice was always given with very prompt replies. If anything needed to be fixed, it was easy to contact him and find an answer. It never felt uncomfortable asking for help like it is with other landlords. I loved my apartment so much I really wish I did not have to move.
