Jesus, the maintenance tech did an awesome job fixing the A/C system. He had to replace the whole unit inside the apartment on a second floor. Started at 9 o'clock in the morning and was finished about 730ish without taking his lunch break. He also helped another resident take in her groceries as he was walking up and down these stairs throughout the day. Thank you, Cynthia, Brenda and J as well. Thanks for giving this handled for me at a reasonable amount of time.
MAY 2026 EDIT Moved my rating to 2 stars just for now and will change again as time progresses. And this star increase is Only for J, she is amazing as maintenence, i have had zero issues with work orders being closed or being half A**ed to the point a new work order needed to be opened to fix the original work order. That make sense? I hope so. She's amazing, dont let her go. Don't do it. I moved in feb 15, 2025. Theres too many issues with the apartments. Its August 14 at 4:24 pm.
