Toured Broadview Health and Rehab today and you can tell the staff here are seriously dedicated to what they do! The PT/OT room has tons of equipment for residents as well!
Zero stars. This place is always dangerously short staffed, I'm talking 2 CNAs to care for 45 people, and it is rare if nurses help on the floor. Residents have laundry missing constantly, leaving some to roam the halls with only a blanket to cover themselves. Management is very disrespectful and condescending toward CNAs, saying things like, "You're just a CNA, so everyone else is your boss, and you need to do whatever they say."
