Rob Sanders was excellent in working with Officer Andrews of the Covington Police Dept following through all the details in getting an arrest warrant and prosecuting the person who stole from me.....I'm so grateful for Rob Sanders & Officer Andrews....they both made all the difference to rectify the situation. A completely arrogant person answered their phone, and arbitrarily dismissed my complaint about a terroristic threat against my older son, and then hung up on me. The author of the note walked onto property he doesn't own, without the permission of the property owner, and put this note on my son's truck. My son has an entirely legal vehicle, properly licensed and insured. He, under Kentucky's Constitution, no less, has a right to travel to work. His company starts work at 7am. Prosecutors are a JOKE!!!! They want to make you serve ridiculous sentences while the REAL criminals get free passes. The judicial system is corrupt. Hopefully karma treats them accordingly for prosecuting people who don't commit crimes. They believe everything they're told and don't care about the other side of the story or take it into consideration and just prosecute away with no facts.
I just made a phone call because I live in California and was unsure where to ask questions about child support. Whenever the woman answered the phone she gave me a different phone number then hung up. She was completely dismissive and didn’t give any direction. Poor customer surface.
Horrible! They made me feel 1 inch tall. Completely dismissed me and my problems. Rude, disappointed.
