Dryers don't dry, steal your quarters. Dryers lit on fire, still wouldn't replace. Genuine hazard, they were super rude about it. The audacity. Also, terribly thin walls. I didn't care much but my neighbor thought I was making noise, harrassed me in the middle of the night about it, knocked on my floor all night long keeping me up, it was crazy. Management stayed neutral.
Scheduled a touring, no one was there. No one picked up the phone, and no longer responded to any emails. Do not waste your time with this complex.
I lived there for over a year. Never had any issues. Never heard the neighbors. It was quiet. It was calm. Management was pretty chill. They did a great job with the last security deposit. I was very pleased with my experience.

Expensive for what it is. Unfinished floors can give you splinters, and management is pretty indifferent towards theft, assault, or harassment of tenants. Expensive pet deposits. It’s over a fantastic restaurant though!
